Christian Adair
Christian Adair, M.Ed., has over 25 years of experience as a director, coach, promotor, entrepreneur, educator, advocate, and community organizer. He is one of the DiverCity Festival founders and the founder of Alpha League. He recently served on several boards and commissions, including The Lyric Theatre, LFUCG Parks & Recreation, Human Rights Commission, Mayors Racial Justice & Equality Commission, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
Two of Christians’s most recent accomplishments was the implementation of the Scholastics REAL Read program that increased diversity, inclusion, and cultural connections at 36 schools, impacting 14,000 students and over 500 new volunteers and over 20 mentoring programs, engaging more than 100 men of color as mentors and 250 young mentees.
Marketing Coordinator Bailey Angel

Bailey Angel is the Marketing Coordinator for The Lyric Theatre & Cultural Arts Center. She received a bachelor of fine arts in theatre performance and a minor in public relations from Belmont University. Originally from Kentucky, Bailey has worked in Education at Lexington Children’s Theatre and as actor at Pioneer Playhouse. Recently, Bailey worked on the Education Team for Maples Repertory Theatre. Additionally, she is an acting teacher with InnOVATION Arts Academy in Lexington. While at Belmont, Bailey was the student marketing representative for the department of theatre and dance. She also served as the Community Relations Coordinator, Treasurer and Secretary for the 501(c)(3) nonprofit – The Wishes Foundation in Nashville. She is thrilled to be back in her home state, working for The Lyric Theatre & Cultural Arts Center.
